Catering
Our catering workroom has counterspace, storage space, and a double sink.
We do not have oven, stove, or other cooking capabilities. All food must be prepared offsite according to health department guidelines.
We have a single refridgerator and a stand-up freezer.
Chocolate fountains, champagne fountains, frozen drink machines and/or carving stations must be approved by Ovations manager prior to event.
DJ / Entertainment
Licensing and rights permission is the responsibility of the DJ/Entertainer.
Live Bands must contact Ovations manager for setup instructions and limitations.
All music must be reduced in listening level no later than 11pm according
to Ovations Rental Agreement.
Although you are under contract with the leasee of the event center, Ovations Staff has the authority to restrict, direct, and/or cancel any acts that are deemed inappropriate at their absolute discretion.
Bartenders
Selling of alcoholic beverages of any kind is absolutely forbidden by Ovations without prior approval and written proof of licensing and permission.
Alcohol must cease to be freely distributed no later than 11pm according to Ovations Rental Agreement.
